We tried to reach the other side of the farm after some clearing and cutting trees was done. It costed around 140,000.00 TZS ($63.00 USD) to do it. We cleared some suitable areas for cultivating rice and as you can see some area of the land was already used by other people to cultivate paddy while TUKAONE finalizes some arrangement for the big farming project. There is still a heavy clearing/structuring works needed on to the farms. So, I send few pictures in one email as we cant attach them all as they are large sized.
